These terms apply when you use wegeo to create projects, submit pages or text, check AI visibility, review analysis results, or generate rewrite suggestions.

Accepting these terms

By accessing or using wegeo, you agree to these terms and any product-specific rules shown inside the service.

If you do not agree, you should not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

You must be able to form a binding agreement
Organization users must have authority to act for that organization
Additional written agreements control if they conflict with these terms

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information, maintain reasonable security practices, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Use your own identity or an authorized organization identity
Keep passwords, magic links, and provider sessions confidential
Do not share access in ways that bypass plan limits or security controls
You are responsible for users you invite or authorize

Service and AI-assisted outputs

wegeo provides tools for GEO analysis, AI visibility checks, content recommendations, and AI-assisted rewrites based on the information you submit.

Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on, publishing, or implementing them.

Results are informational and do not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, or revenue
AI-generated text should be checked for accuracy, originality, compliance, and tone
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves

Acceptable use

You may use wegeo only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not harm the service, other users, third-party systems, or the public internet.

Do not misuse crawling, analysis, rewrite, API, or account workflows. We may limit or suspend activity that creates security, legal, operational, or abuse risk.

Do not submit content you do not have the right to process
Do not probe, scrape, spam, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls
Do not use the service to create unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing material
Respect robots, rate limits, third-party terms, and applicable laws

Plans, billing, and quotas

Some features may require a paid plan, usage quota, or third-party billing flow. Plan details are shown at checkout or inside the product.

Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, fees are charged according to the selected plan and may be non-refundable once access or usage has been provided.

You are responsible for taxes, payment details, and billing accuracy
Quotas, limits, and feature availability may vary by plan
We may update pricing or plan limits with reasonable notice when required

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, or use the product in a way that could harm wegeo or others.

Sections that naturally survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms, will continue to apply.

We may remove access to protect security, availability, or legal compliance
You can request account or workspace deletion subject to operational and legal limits
Termination does not remove obligations incurred before termination
